
Close the Microsoft Teams client by navigating to the System Tray (access by clicking up caret at bottom right of main screen, near the date and time), right-clicking on the Skype for Business icon, and selecting Quit.Close the Skype for Business client by navigating to the System Tray (access by clicking up caret at bottom right of main screen, near the date and time), right-clicking on the Skype for Business icon, and selecting Exit.Until a solution is in place, users experiencing this issue should do the following: ITS and HCIS staff are working on a solution to the issue.


Skype for Business users have reported hearing dial tone from the Windows Skype for Business client after the following circumstances:
